Our office is located on a main road and is clearly signed. We have been taking care of web design clients based in Thornlands for over 15 years.

Web Design Rates and Charges

The majority of our web design work is completed within four weeks of receiving finalised client content. We have a capped hourly rate for our web development work with a minimum time charge of 30 minutes per new support request. We also offer monthly care plans which combine support time and monthly updates.

All of our web development work is completed at our Capalaba office by our small team. We don’t outsource our work to overseas companies.

We provide a ticketing system to keep you updated as your job progresses. If a job is going to take longer than 48 hours we will contact you to let you know. If a job is going to be in excess of one hour of our time we will advise you before we continue beyond one hour, so that you can manage your costs to your budget.

 

Please note that older websites with multiple errors generally cost more to repair and upgrade than newer websites using the latest software technologies.
